Motorola droid users are reporting an issue in Verizon forum from last month. They report that their e-mail accounts and all contained messages are getting deleted. This happens when users set up their accounts again, and they can’t seem to find a fix for it. Corporate e-mail accounts are mainly affected, though calendars and contacts remain on the phone, Electronista says.
Users have begun troubleshooting by removing certain apps they believe may be responsible, but have not found a solution till now. Verizon has not acknowledged the problem yet, but it’s safe to assume they will investigate the issue and will hopefully offer a fix as soon as possible.
Have you experienced this trouble?
